1. General Agreement

Welcome to StillPoint. By attending our sessions, using our website, or participating in any mindfulness activities, you agree to follow these terms. Our primary goal is to provide a calm and peaceful environment focused strictly on yoga and meditation.

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our studio operations. Any updates will be posted here, and your continued participation indicates your acceptance of the new guidelines.

2. Class Registration and Cancellations

To ensure a serene experience and proper space for everyone, we require advanced registration for all guided practices.

• Please book your spot before arriving at the studio.
• If you cannot attend, we ask that you cancel at least four hours in advance. This allows another student to find their serenity in your place.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter once a meditation or breathing exercise has begun, as this disrupts the peaceful atmosphere for others.

3. Studio Etiquette

We ask all members to help us preserve a quiet, meditative environment. The studio is a place of retreat and self-reflection.

• Leave all electronic devices, including phones, silenced and stored away from the practice area.
• Speak softly in the reception areas and maintain silence inside the practice rooms.
• Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with kindness and respect.

4. Health and Wellness Acknowledgement

Yoga and physical mindfulness practices involve physical movement. While our expert instructors guide you safely, it is essential to listen to your own body.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your physical limits. You agree not to perform any movements that cause pain or discomfort. If you have underlying health concerns, please consult a medical professional before beginning a new practice. StillPoint is not liable for injuries sustained during voluntary participation in our classes.
